InMotion is highly recommended by me if you are looking for supreme quality business web hosting services and do not mind to pay a little more than the others; on the other hand, if you are searching web host for individual websites or blog and have limited budget, InMotion personal hosting might be the perfect fit for you.
We just joined InMotion as our previous hosts customer support has tanked this past year. We will spend extra if it means getting the best support available. Bells and whistles are nice but glitter is just glitter and even the shiniest car is useless when it’s not running or running properly. During the migration to InMotion all of our aspirations and opinions were verified. The support from InMotion was "WOW" and by that I mean, 100% USA based 24/7 support which is expensive. They cut no corners.
I've submitted several tickets to InMotion and they responded quickly and with great clarity. They did more than just read off a support card with the "if a do b" approach. They were involved with our issues, looked at and into situations, which goes beyond the look at the pieces to look at the whole of a problem or situation. They went above and beyond which is greatly appreciated. We certainly will not be asking for a refund and there 90 day guarantee is now understandable and believable. Big thumbs up! Why would someone switch?
