They understand that I am in business, very busy, and need my web host to be a support system.
I have contacted customer support several times. More when I was just getting started. They have always been responsive and kind. Kindness is rare in today's business climate and it means a lot.
I didn't realize how unreliable my previous host was until I experienced InMotion. There hasn't been the tiniest hiccup.
Some places charge a little less but you get what you pay for, in my opinion. It isn't always about money. For $3/mo for 24 months, I thought they were discounted plenty for my small personal website.
It was a breeze. Everything is online and the startup email is priceless.
If your site and its activities are growing, or there are plans to grow, or you are just plain worried that you might need more support and hosting services, then choose InMotion. Just do it.
