This service allows for easy setup of websites and emails, modifications, and monitoring through their control panel user page called cPanel. Online explanations of features and instructions are clearly written and understandable.
The best part is their customers service. I have had several after hours questions and have always had a response within ten minutes, in some cases immediately. After hours customer service even acted on my behalf to modify the account and make setup changes I had requested. They did all this within minutes!
Overall, I love InMotion and their business. I required several essential functions of a web host business plan and they delivered. There aren't many hosts left with customer support in the USA 24/7. I certainly hope they don't decide to change this. This is an extra value I don't really mind paying for.
